About

Dr. Jennifer Hendry-Lynn ND

A licensed Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Cambridge, Ontario. She is passionate about helping women, children, and families feel supported, informed, and confident in their health through thoughtful, whole-person care.

Her approach focuses on understanding why symptoms are happening, and not just managing them. • Women’s health (including hormones, fertility, pregnancy, and perinatal care)

  • Children’s health

  • Stress physiology and nervous system support

  • Autoimmune and chronic conditions

  • Metabolic health, including blood sugar and cholesterol balance

She commonly supports patients navigating concerns such as food sensitivities, IBS and IBD, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, skin conditions, allergies, autoimmune and chronic inflammation.

She graaduated as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine with Honours from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto in 2009.

  • Over 3,000 hours of classroom education in biomedical sciences, clinical sciences, and naturopathic therapeutics

  • More than 1,200 hours of supervised clinical experience

  • A 12-month clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic

  • A community outreach internship at the L.A.M.P. Community Centre

She is a fully registered Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and is a member of both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

Becoming a Naturopath

Originally from St. Catharines, Ontario, Dr. Jen completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with First Class Honours at Brock University. During her undergraduate studies, she was a part of the Med Plus Program and volunteered at the Niagara Children’s Centre, supporting children with communication and physical challenges.

During this time, she experienced her own unresolved digestive health concerns and sought care from a local Naturopathic Doctor. Through that experience, and by addressing underlying root causes, she found clarity and relief. This personal experience helped shape her desire to pursue naturopathic medicine and support others in a similar way.

Outside the Clinic

Dr. Jen lives in the Cambridge area with her husband, two children, their dog Walrus, and their cat Peppa. Outside of practice, she enjoys cooking and developing nourishing recipes, spending time outdoors, and sharing practical, compassionate health education through her writing and social media.

How She Practices

She practices evidence-informed, individualized naturopathic care that blends clinical science with traditional naturopathic principles, careful listening, and pattern recognition.

Her approach draws on current research while respecting the body’s innate capacity for regulation and healing. She offers naturopathic consultations, functional testing when appropriate, and acupuncture.
