Looking for a tasty way to boost your fiber intake? Try these homemade Fiber Balls packed with goodness! 

The mix is simple, equal parts Ground Flax seeds, Chia Seeds, and Whole Pysllium Husk

Ingredients

  • 14 tablespoons of the pre-mixed fiber mix (or 4 tablespoons each: ground flaxseeds, whole psyllium husk, and chia seeds)
  • 1/3 cup almond butter (or nut/seed butter of your choice)
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine 14 tablespoons of the pre-mixed fiber mix, 1/3 cup almond butter, 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
    • Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined and form a sticky dough.
  2. Form Balls:
    • Divide the mixture into 7 even portions.
    • Roll each portion into a ball with your hands.
  3. Storage:
    • Store the fiber balls in an airtight container.
    • Keep them in the fridge or freezer for freshness.
  4. Daily Use:
    • Eat one ball per day to get your daily 2 tablespoons of the fiber mix.
