I use to think I would never feel satisfied with a smoothie for breakfast. I thought I needed to chew something in order to feel full. Over the years I have tried different out many different trends, but I now truly love a good smoothie (or even a not great tasting but nutrient packed smoothie) for breakfast. Don’t worry, this smoothie is tasty and rich in nutrients.
Pistachios are a great source of protein, fiber, potassium, melatonin and healthy fats.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Pistachios
½ cup Coconut Milk Kefir
½ cup Almond Milk (or Cashew Milk)
½ cup Water
½ cup Frozen Cherries
½ cup Raspberries
½ cup Blueberries
1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp. each Ground Flax Seeds and Whole Chia Seeds
Directions
In a blender combine, blend until smooth and serve.
